I had a lover once, a mortal girl of great beauty, i chose her because i knew she could not bare a child, i could not put this curse upon another, for five years we were happy, she knew nothing of my state, my blood lust i could not control, and then they came for me, as they always do, with pitchfork and flame, they tortured her to get to me, she died, i fled , the pain was so great i chose never to love again. I still miss her.

For two centuries now i have walked alone, my only belongings are my books, what need have i of modern words when i have Dante ,Shakespeare and Dickens? I live off Gaea, from the river, the tree and the bush, it is strange but my blood lust is much calmer these days, content am i to feed on fruit and berry and roadside kill and the mountain stream is my tap, until of course it rises, my lunar hex.

Its darkening now and so i wait, senses heightening, clouds tumble past and i feel my temperature rise, blood pumps fast and heart rate quickens, i watch as my nails turn to talons and fingers turn to claw, my hunger begins to take over me as the clouds pull back like curtains to reveal the moon, a full moon, a Hunters moon.

In Great Britain we have many stories of large phantom dogs, some quite well known such as Black Shuck a large black phantom dog who legend says is a warning of death to come, in literature we have the Hound of the Baskervilles there are even stories of werewolves being spotted, there is an account of a werewolf sighting near Cannock Chase in the West Midlands, below is a link to a story written by a friend of mine that was told to him by his parents, normal people not prone to seeing strange things who swear this story is true, what they saw that night has lived with them since, so what was it that they saw? When The Devil Appeared in London,The Curious Case of Spring Heeled Jack

One of the strangest unsolved mysteries of Victorian London was the curious case of Spring Heeled Jack. Various witnesses attributed Jack with the ability to leap tremendous heights and he was described as having a terrible and frightful appearance, clawed hands and eyes of red fire, he wore an oilskin suit and black coat and facial helmet and leaped from nowhere to confront his unfortunate victims.
The first claimed sighting of Spring Heeled Jack was by a business man in 1837 who when returning home from work late one night was confronted by a muscular man who jumped from the high railings of a cemetery wall to land in his path, although no attack took place Jack was described as having devilish features including a pointed chin, long pointed ears and nose and glowing eyes and thus the urban legend of Spring Heeled Jack was born. Later in 1837 Jack was to appear twice more, Mary Stevens a servant girl was returning to her workplace at Lavender Hill via Clapham Common when a strange figure attacked her in an alleyway, the attacker who held her in a tight grip ripped her clothes with his claws and kissed her face, the attacker fled when in panic she screamed loudly, the very next day however Jack was to appear in front of more than one witness when he jumped down in front of a horse drawn carriage causing the coachman to lose control and crash which led to him being seriously injured , several witnesses saw Jack escape by jumping a 9ft wall cackling with laughter as he fled.

The most notorious accounts of Spring Heeled Jack were related by two teenage girls Lucy Scales and Jane Alsop. On the night of February 19th 1838 Jane Alsop answered the door at her fathers house to a stranger who claiming to be a policeman begged her to bring a light saying they had caught Spring Heeled Jack in the lane, once she handed a candle over to the stranger she noticed he wore a large black cloak which he then threw back revealing his true hideous appearance, he vomited blue and white flames and his eyes resembled red balls of fire, Jack attacked Miss Alsop with what she described as metallic claws , ripping her gown, she managed to scramble away but Jack caught her and only fled when he was disturbed by Miss Alsops sister.
Eight days later 18 year old Lucy Scales was returning with her sister from their brothers house when they spotted a person standing at an angle in a passage, as they neared the man he leaped in front of Lucy spitting blue flame in to her face, after hearing screams the brother ran from his house into the passage to find Lucy suffering a violent fit being comforted by his other sister, The Times reported this case as The Late Outrage at Old Ford.

Numerous accounts of Jack were reported throughout the 1800s, not just in London but throughout England and even in Scotland, in one instance in 1877 Jack was seen at an army barracks in Aldershot, a sentry being alerted by a figure who bounded towards him making a metallic sound challenged the stranger who leaped in front of him slapping him around the face several times with icy cold hands, after hearing a commotion several men rushed to the place but Jack eluded them by jumping several feet over their heads and landing behind them. In Lord Ernest Hamiltons memoirs written in 1922 he recalls that the events at Aldershot were not peculiar to there and that similar events had occurred the year previously when his regiment had been based at Colchester, indeed sentries issued with ammunition were instructed to shoot on sight if Jack was spotted.The most recent report of Jack comes from a travelling salesman who claimed that in 1986 while on a road in South Herefordshire a man jumped over him with an inhuman bound and slapped his face, the salesman described his attacker as wearing a black ski suit and had an elongated chin.

So who or what was Spring Heeled Jack? Was he a man, alien, demon or just a hoax? In 1838 the Lord Major of London John Cowan revealed that he had received an anonymous letter claiming that a group of gentlemen had had a wager where a nefarious character of their acquaintance would try to scare members of the public dressed in disguise as either a bear, a ghoul or a devil although if this were true it could account for some of the reports it is unlikely that one hoaxer could appear at so many locations over such a long period of time, at one point the finger of suspicion was pointed at the Marquis of Waterford an Irish nobleman known for his lewd and drunken behaviour and his fondness for a prank however he had an alibi at the time of the attacks on Jane Alsop and Lucy Scales and even after his death from a riding accident in 1859 the reports of Spring Heeled Jack continued.

If Jack was indeed a hoaxer or several hoaxers that have copied others exploits over the years the fact that Jack was reported as being able to leap over great heights is not easy to explain, some sceptics have suggested that Jack really did have mechanical springs in his heels, when experiments were carried out by the German military during the Second World War to fit soldiers with spring heeled boots all the test subjects were left with broken ankles so that also seems unlikely. Some of the more stranger explanations of Spring Heeled Jack have claimed that he was an extraterrestrial , or a demon summoned by occult practitioners of the time.

Entities similar to Jack have been reported from other parts of the world , in the Czech Republic a similar figure known as the Spring Man of Prague became a folklore hero and starred in a series of comic books fighting the nazi SS. In Houston Texas in the USA a figure was reported as being sighted in a pecan tree by three witnesses who described a character dressed in a black cape , tight fitting pants and quarter length boots. There are similarities between Jack and some other mysterious legendary entities such as The Mothman of the USA and The Owlman of Cornwall and Jack is very similar in appearance to the Japanese thunder god Raiden, although Raiden legnds claim he was a predator of men who devoured them eating their navels!

It is very unlikely that any one theory will ever fully explain the mystery of Spring Heeled Jack, it could be that Jack was just a practical joke played by some mischievous Victorian hoaxers and the descriptions of fire breathing and enormous leaps were just the figments of the imaginations of witnesses whipped to a frenzy by Victorian newspapers and the Penny Dreadful comics of the era, or could Victorian England really have been terrorised by a Devil or Alien superman? We will never know, however i have the feeling that we haven’t heard the last of Spring Heeled Jack.

I read this story on some American bloggers site a few days ago and thought it might be worth repeating here . An old lady that she knew once told her that when she was first married she moved into an isolated house in the countryside with her new husband, at this time they were both only sixteen years of age, one morning they awoke to find a tall man standing in their bedroom doorway, frightened out of their wits they asked the man what he wanted, to which there was no reply he only stared at them with a strange smile on his face and at this point they noticed that his eyes were pure black and contained no pupils, although her husband was very scared he got out of bed to confront the stranger who then began to shrink, the "man" shrunk until he was only around a foot tall then ran through their bedroom, jumped onto a chair and then climbed out of the window and ran off. Of course its easy to laugh and disbelieve stories such as this and yes this story does seem incredible however the human race has a long history of tales of small people, faeries, imps ,elves etc and these tales share a common bond in that they come from all over the world especially Europe, for example Trolls in Scandanavia and Leprecauns in Ireland, indeed in some parts of Ireland people had such a fear that the faerie folk would come to steal their male children many young boys would be dressed as girls in their formative years, a practise that was only abandoned relatively recently.
Its quite easy to see a relationship between these small people/faerie folk and modern day alien sightings in fact many alien abduction cases bare a direct similarity to ancient tales of people being taken away by the faerie folk and also of night time bedroom visits by demons such as the incubus and succubus.If we think about alien sightings in this way then its clear that what ever these manifestations are whether alien or something earthbound or extra dimentional they have certainly been part of human folklore for a long long time.

Most reported UFO sightings and contact with extraterrestials usually fall into certain categories, for example disc or triangular shaped spacecrafts , the most commonly reported aliens are beings of the "grey" or "nordic" types, these reports often to lead to sceptics implying that these "visions" are already there in the conscious mind and the reportees are seeing what they expect to see, although this theory seems sound enough what about the observer who witnesses something profoundly different to the normal type of sighting?
Twice in my own personal experience has someone reported a strange sighting to me, although both of these sightings are not particularly alien in nature they are both completely out of the norm, the two witnesses are of completely sound minds and have related exactly the same stories to me as when they first told me , a period of around twenty years.
The first incident was told to me by a male friend who ,whilst out walking when he was twelve years of a age heard a low humming noise, turning to his left the direction which the noise came from he saw a large egg shaped craft, the craft was around 40ft long and 15ft high and hovered around 8ft from the ground while travelling at an estimate of 30 mph, the craft had what looked like a chimney on top and windows all along its side like an aeroplane, looking out of the windows were what seemed to be what he could only descibe as " nuns " and perhaps most bizarre the vehicle gave off a strong odour of coffee as it flew past! Now you are probably thinking this event must of happened in some remote place but no, this was witnessed on one of the most populous housing estates in Europe next to a reasonably busy road, its hard to believe no one else witnessed the craft but up till yet no ones come forward.
The second incident was related to me by a female friend , whilst holidaying with her parents and sister in Wales they were driving down a quiet country lane miles away from any village or town when they came across a tiny little man walking by the side of the road, he wore a strange little cap, a green suit and carried a bundle of sticks tied up with string, whistling away to himself he disapeared behind a fence and even though they were so suprised they stopped the car to get a better look at him he had disapeared. My first reaction upon hearing this tale was that they had seen someone who was suffering from dwarfism or a midget but she insists that the man was far to small to be any of those and she can only describe him as a Leprecaun, of course i was incredulous at hearing this but as has my male friend she has never ever changed or elaborated this story from its original telling and also the little man was seen by three others one of whom has related the incident to me and described it in exactly the same way. How would a sceptic explain these tales? WEIRD.

Humans, weighing some 70 kgs, leave deep footprints.

Quite clearly, the lunar lander weighing 6,531 kgs (supposedly 14,696 kgs when fully fueled) doesn't leave any visible print on the moon surface.

Even more interesting, is that there is no dust/debris on the lander footpad. As seen on the below footage of an Astronaut falling over, they would of kicked up large amounts of dust and small rocks, and some of this would have certainly ended up on the footpads.

And lastly, the dust under (and around) the lander has not been blown away by the rocket engine.

Rare Moon Landing Footage Proves Hoax?

Ok, 40th year anniversary of the 'Moon landing', and we have yet more interesting videos to try and debunk.

Ok, they all say there is "No wind on the moon", so how can the flag be waving in different footage of other Apollo missions? Probaly the best piece of evidence to suggest deception right?

Well this is a video of one of the Astronauts falling over, and kicking up 'Moon dust' from the floor. At 00.4 seconds you can see the 'Moon dust' throw itself across the screen just like it would do on Earth, but apparently there is no wind on the Moon?

Even more interesting is that the Moon only has 1/6th of the Earths gravity (If you have A 60 pound object on earth, It will weigh 10 pounds on the moon). So the 'Moon dust' should be rising 6 times higher? Decide for yourself.

And the wires at the end of the video supporting his fall and supporting him, are just to funny.

They say everyones got a double but what the Germans know as a Doppelganger is not just a lookalike its a ghostly twin who can even appear in the same place as its living double.
In Latvia in 1846 Amelia Saegee was a schoolteacher who was often seen by her pupils to be in two places at the same time sometimes in very close proximity to the vision of herself. On one occasion she was seen to be sitting in a chair in the garden whilst similtaneously writing on the blackboard, on another occasion there was two Miss Saegees standing in front of the class!
Eventually Miss Saegee lost her teaching job as the children were so disturbed by the double sightings, she remarked she wasnt suprised by this as the happenings had happened to her so many times.

Out of all the bigfoot videos on the net i find this one of the strangest, not that i believe for one moment its a baby bigfoot, its just that its obviously some kind of primate swinging around in the trees in the background,maybe a gibbon or a small chimp but then you have to ask what the hell is a small ape doing in a New York State Park! The guys in the video seem oblivious to whats going on behind them and allegedly the video was not looked at until two years after being filmed, the most plausible answer is that its someones pet but no-one has ever come forward to say so.
